Your thoughts are the primary cause of everything. Then why cannot everybody/anybody get what they deserve all the good things life has to offer? Because of you, because it is a very difficult thing to do. It is too difficult to keep doing it without getting disturbed.
There is a lot of drama, nonsense, and destruction. Negativities are all around us, which makes it very difficult for a person to think things well and dream like a little kid. Do not blame your parents for who you are or where you are at. Do not blame society, politicians, or anyone whom you think they are hindering your growth.
Your growth is all up to you. It is the Secret that can be implemented every day and always hidden inside of you. A thought can be disturbed if you let negativity slips into your life. All it takes is one second. Not only that, many people do not know what to think. Think about what you want in your life, read books to find out how to get there, talk to persons who achieved what you want to accomplish, and follow the path. There are lots of problems in the world. You can read books and find solutions to solve problems. The bigger the problem, the more compensation it gets. That is how simple this is and it is actually fun!
